Looking onto the the amphitheatre of the Playa La Roda, with the port of Altea behind.
Altea has a smart marina with yachts and a beautiful seafront with a promenade, highly coiffured trees,
flowers, benches and children’s playgrounds. Cafes and restaurants can be found all along the promenade with amazing sea views.
The beach is pebbles and noticeably quieter than Benidorm and you will be amazed by the turquoise colour of the sea.
The old medieval town stands on a hill overlooking the sea and is well worth the climb for the views alone!
